NY-31 Eyeshadow Blending Brush is used to apply and blend out transition shades at the crease of the eyes.

It is made with long, rounded and slightly flared bristles for controlled application of crease color.
How to Use:

Using just the tip of the brush to pick up color, apply product directly onto the crease and blend with continous sweeping/circular motion. Effect is blended, but defined.
It gives a sheer to medium coverage.
